About me
I, Jürg Schiess, a specialist in PLM/PDM systems for the food and beverage industry with a strong technical and practical background.
- Initial training as a master cheesemaker, followed by a degree in food engineering from HTL.
- Several years of management and development experience in industry (including Nestlé, Lindt & Sprüngli)
- Over 15 years of experience with PLM software (implementation, operation, further development)
I combine hands-on food technology expertise with deep knowledge of digital systems.
My focus is on efficient processes, clear communication, and the sustainable use of PLM systems in daily operations.
My engagement - Team Rynkeby
Team Rynkeby is a European charity cycling initiative. Every summer, teams ride to Paris to raise funds for seriously ill children.
Connection to the Children’s Hospital Zurich: In Switzerland, donations raised via Team Rynkeby support research into childhood cancer at the University Children’s Hospital Zurich.
